From Forncett to Yarmouth via Cromer, the Alves family will be cycling a 170-mile route around Norfolk for East Anglia's Children's Hospice.

On August 1, Gary Alves and his 16-year-old and 13-year-old sons will start their journey along the Peddars Way.

The three-day trip will take them through Diss, Cromer and Yarmouth and home via the Waveney Valley.
